This is where Rental Unit Owners pay the $200 RENTAL FEE.

  • Long-Term Rentals: Rental Unit Owners who rent their unit for 30 or more days at a time should pay the fee immediately when a lease is signed for that rental period AND again upon renewal of any lease.

  • Short-Term Rentals: Rental Unit Owners who rent their unit for less than 30 days at a time must pay the fee for that rental period prior to, or concurrent with that Tenant checking in to your property. This fee is due every time the property is rented out, regardless of length of the stay.

  • If the rental is cancelled prior to Tenant check-in, you may contact the Rental Manager for a refund of the fee.

  • Rental Fee payment must be made by the Rental Unit Owner using a major credit card only. No cash, checks, money order or crypto currency.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Failure to pay the Rental Fee may result in fines and/or loss of common area privileges.
