This is where you pay the $200 RENTAL FEE.
Long-Term Rentals: Owners who rent their unit for 30 or more days at a time should pay the fee immediately when a lease is signed for that rental period AND again upon renewal of any lease.
Short-Term Rentals: Owners who rent their unit for less than 30 days at a time must pay the fee for that rental period prior to, or concurrent with that Tenant checking in to the unit. The rental fee is due every time the property is rented out, regardless of length of stay.
If the fee is paid and the rental is cancelled prior to Tenant check-in, please contact the Rental Manager for a refund of the Rental Fee.
Rental Fee payment must be made using a major credit card only. No cash, checks, money orders or crypto currency.
PLEASE NOTE: Failure to pay the Rental Fee may result in fines and/or loss of common area privileges.
